The Foundation in Law course has been designed by Kensington College of Business in collaboration with its University partners and endorsed by further Universities that now accept this programme as an alternative to A-Levels and for entry into a wide range of Degree courses.
The course aims and objectives are to:
- Provide entry to Common First Year degree programmes of participating Universities (listed below).
- Develop academic skills necessary to study for a degree at a UK university.
- Develop communication and soft skills necessary to succeed.
Upon completion of Foundation in Law course students may proceed to:

The course consists of six modules:
- Communication & Study Skills
- Introduction to Quantitative Studies
- English for Academic Purposes
- Introduction to the English Legal System
- Introduction to Contract Law
- Introduction to Company Law
Assessment is in the form of a combination of exams and written assignments

Entry Requirements:
- 4 GCE ‘O’ Level Credits in English medium subjects.
